Rockstar Guitar Tuition Agreement
(If the Student is under 18 years of age, this Agreement should be signed by a Parent or Guardian.)

for the Tutor to give lessons at the Times and Fees set out below.

Lessons will be charged at the rate of:

Payable weekly or via block bookings in cash or cheque to the Tutor.
Payment Terms
First and last lessons are to be paid together on the first lesson after the trial lesson. Other lessons are paid for as taken, with no fee due for the last lesson.
You may book and pay for lessons in blocks of FIVE. If you do so, you will get a 5% discount.
You may book and pay for lessons in blocks of TEN. If you do so, you will get a 10% discount.
Missed Lessons
Lessons can be cancelled by the student providing 48 hours notice is given without a charge being made.
If 48 hours notice of cancellation is not received, and the student is unable to attend the lesson for any reason whatsoever, (car failure, illness, bad weather, etc) a 50% charge will be made no matter what the circumstance.
I will try and reschedule for another time during that same week without charging the fee but if we can`t reschedule, the 50% cancellation fee will be due on the next lesson.
To cancel a lesson the student is asked to cancel by telephone. (Please only use e-mail if you can’t find my phone number).
Lessons will always begin and end at the arranged time regardless of the student’s arrival time. If the student arrives late for a lesson, the full lesson fee will still be due.
If I, the tutor cancel a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient date and the same rules apply to me. If I don`t give you 48 hours notice, you will get 50% off your next lesson.
PLEASE NOTE:
Anyone who doesn’t attend a booked lesson and fails to contact me within 48 hours could lose the lesson slot.
Parents of young children are more than welcome to sit in on the lessons.
