TUITION AGREEMENT
You will be asked to sign a tuition agreement form which reads:
PAYMENT TERMS
• First and last lessons are paid for together on the first lesson.(£40 for hour lessons, £24 for half hour lessons) Other lessons are paid for as taken, with no fee due for the last lesson.
Sorry, no refunds for the pre paid lesson.
• Payment should be by cash only please and you can pay weekly or monthly.
MISSED LESSONS
• Lessons can be cancelled by the student providing 48 hours notice is given without a charge being made.
• If 48 hours notice of cancellation is not received, and the student is unable to attend the lesson for any reason whatsoever, (car failure, illness, bad weather etc) a 50% charge (£11 for hour lessons, £6.50 for half hour lessons) will be made no matter what the circumstance. To cancel a lesson the student is asked to cancel by telephone. (Please only use e-mail if you can’t find my phone number) I will try and reschedule for another time during that same week without charging the fee but if no spaces are available, the cancellation fee will be due on the next lesson. No exceptions. Thank you.
Lessons will always begin and end at the arranged time regardless of the student’s arrival time. If the student arrives late for a lesson the full lesson fee will still be due.
